First Posting

Drinking coffee and eating chocolate pancakes at my friends house this am...the coffee is from Dave and the chocolate pancakes are from Christina...what a wonderful pair. Dave's every-other day training log inspired me to start blogging...who knows if it will stick. His sister is over to help with a sheet rock situation and my job is to keep Christina company. The plan was for Dave and I to run this morning and then for me to sit and look up the articles that I should have read during the week and get them printed out while Christina was doing stuff around the house. I'm a fan of home improvement projects so I'll probably join in rather than studying. Oh well...time to get to work.
